Dr. Tamilyn Bakas received her PhD from Indiana University School of Nursing, and is currently Professor and Jane E. Procter Endowed Chair at the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing. She conducts NIH-funded research aimed at improving the quality of life of family caregivers of persons with chronic illness.
